9.Main Vertical powder spraying operating procedures is as follows:

1,For profile powder spraying, pre-treatment is extremely important. A layer of natural oxide film is formed on the surface of the extruded profile with certain oil stains and sundries, which must be cleaned by chemical treatment before spraying.

2,Pre-processing processSkim ---【 1.5-5 minutes 】 ---washed 【0.5-1 minute 】--- washed 【0.5-1 minute 】--- acid surface adjustment 【1.5-5 minutes - --washed 【0.5-1 minute 】---washed 【 0.5-1 minute 】--- sharpen 【0.5-2 minutes 】--- washing【 0.5 --1 min 】-- Pure water wash 【1-- 2 min】.

3,Degreasing purpose:The purpose of degreasing treatment is to remove the oil stain on the surface of the profile and ensure the surface cleanliness when the profile enters the chroming tank.

4,Degreasing tank process parameters:During production, analyze the concentration of free acid tank liquid every two hours, adjust the tank liquid according to the analysis results, and clean the tank liquid surface from time to time without changing the tank liquid.

5,Acid Surface Conditioning Purpose:The main purpose of acid surface treatment is to further remove oil from the profile, so that the surface of the profile exposes a fresh matrix, so as to facilitate the smooth chroming reaction.Analyze the concentration of the bath solution every two hours and adjust according to the analysis results. Under normal circumstances, the bath liquid does not need to be replaced and can be used for a long time.

6,Purpose of chroming tank:It is very important for aluminum spray chroming tank. The surface of the chromed profile will form a light yellow chemical conversion coating. Weather rability of sprayed profiles.Analyze the abnormality of the bath liquid every two hours, and make adjustments according to the analysis results. Generally, the bath liquid is replaced every 2,000 tons of production, and the bath liquid is replenished from time to time.

7,The chromed profiles enter the drying furnace for surface drying. The drying temperature should be between 80 and 90 degrees, and should not exceed 95 degrees, otherwise the quality of the adhesion between the coating and the profiles will be affected.

8,The dried profiles enter the spray booth at a chain speed of 1—2.5/m for spraying(The chain speed is adjustable according to the needs of customer).

9,Through the cleaned and filtered air pressure [7-8 kg], the powder is evenly sprayed on the work pieces with the electrostatic powder gun; the electrostatic voltage of 45-90kw and the corresponding powder supply system and parameters to ensure that the coating reaches the set After the process requirements, the spraying process is completed.

10,After spraying, enter the curing furnace for leveling curing. The curing temperature is between [195-215 degrees], and the curing time should be between [15-25 minutes].

11,The profiles that have been cured and released are heated as a whole. Do not touch the surface of the profiles with bare hands. After cooling, they can be removed from the shelf. After removing the shelf, check the sprayed products. The surface must be smooth and the coating should be uniform. marks, orange peel, and other phenomena, and then can be packaged after passing professional quality inspection.
